Accounts: Please complete our Account Application Form (available at the rear of our catalog) and return the form along with your standard credit reference sheet. Account application processing can take 2 to 3 business days.
New Customers: New customers may order immediately by paying via credit card, PayPal, bank wire transfer or Interac bank transfer. We accept Visa & MasterCard for phone and fax orders; Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express via e-invoice sent to your e-mail address (processed for us by PayPal).
Purchase Orders: Purchase orders from established customers may be faxed to our order desk at 610-340-9054. Your PO will be acknowledged with an expected shipping date.
Verbal and E-mail Orders: Call 610-906-3549 or email: [email protected]. Verbal orders will be completed on our generic Verbal Sales Order Form and then faxed to you for approval. Please authorize it and fax it back. Customers accept responsibility for errors on verbal orders not verified by the return of the approved form.
Minimum Product Group Order Value: We have 3 Product Groups – each product's page in the catalog has a three letter code in the upper right of the page to indicate what product group it belongs to. "PGA" designates Product Group A, "PGB" designates Product Group B and "PGC" designates Product Group C.
The Minimum Total Product Group Order Value is: Product Group A = $ 350.00
Product Group B = $ 125.00
Product Group C = $ 75.00
Orders of less than the Minimum Total Product Group Order Value in each Product Group may be completed but will incur a $25.00 processing fee.
Minimum Order Quantity: Some products may have a minimum order quantity (MOQ).

Most Orders Shipped Same Day: The vast majority of products are always in stock and can ship same day providing you order on-line, by fax or call by 11 AM EST. Fabricated items require more time – please call for a fabrication quote. Tadpole Tapes, Sleeve with Velcro and Welding Curtains can typically be produced in 2 to 3 days, however it can run 5 to 10 business days for large orders or if we are particularly busy. Other fabrications with complex shapes can take up to 15 business days. Please call for an estimate.
